Suzhou Menhow Upgrades Full-process Sealing Quality with Self-Developed Weather-Resistant Compounds
2026-07-15
With 23 years of expertise in silicone rubber products, membrane switchesand flexible printed electronic, Suzhou Menhow has independently developed formulas for high weather-resistant silicone sealing compounds for new energy applications. Suzhou Menhow has also rolled out an integrated precision continuous processing technique, driving comprehensive quality upgrades across the full manufacturing workflow of rubber seal O Ring — from raw material preparation and forming to quality inspection.
The self-developed high weather resistance sealing system integrates four core technologies: modified polymer formula design, closed-loop temperature-controlled mixing, vacuum continuous extrusion and real-time online rheology monitoring. This suite enables full-dimensional precise control over key indicators including compound formula uniformity, forming thickness, curing crosslinking degree and sealing mechanical properties.
The entire production line adopts automatic batching and constant-temperature standardized vulcanization processes, eliminating performance deviations caused by manual parameter adjustment and fluctuations in ambient temperature and humidity. The dispersion of hardness, rebound resilience and sealing performance across batches is controlled within 1%, reliably meeting stringent mass delivery standards required by the new energy and precision electronics sectors.

Powered by its proprietary modified silicone molecular formula and twin-screw closed-loop mixing technology, the measurement accuracy of powder and functional additives reaches ±0.2% or better. Full-process vacuum negative-pressure defoaming eliminates internal bubble defects in the rubber compound at the source. Supported by digital controlled continuous extrusion production lines, the thickness tolerance of adhesive layers is tightly limited to ±0.01 mm. The technology is perfectly compatible with complex irregular sealing grooves of battery packs and electronic control housings. Micron-level process control effectively avoids common defects such as adhesive breakage, excess glue and uneven thickness, delivering overall performance far superior to traditional intermittent manual production methods.
To cater to the evolving supporting demands of the new energy industry, Suzhou Menhow will continue to deepen its research on silicone rubber material modification and precision forming processes. The firm will keep optimizing high-performance sealing solutions to supply the market with more stable, high-precision rubber and LSR products.
