Smart Manufacturing Upgrade: Introduction of A15 Fully Automatic Intelligent Mounter to Advance Automation & Labor Replacement Strategy
2026-07-15
To accelerate the automation and digital transformation of production and further boost output efficiency and product quality, Suzhou Menhow has newly introduced the A15 series fully automatic intelligent mounter. Replacing repetitive manual stations with intelligent equipment, the upgrade delivers all-round improvements in quality, cost control and productivity for our core products including silicone rubber parts, printed circuits, flexible printed electronic and membrane switches.
The newly commissioned A15 mounter is equipped with a dual vision positioning system and high-precision servo motion control modules, suitable for automatic mounting of loose labels, QR codes and PET auxiliary materials on silicone keypads, printed circuits, membrane switches and other components. The machine can automatically identify randomly placed workpieces and independently complete feeding, picking and high-precision lamination without manual alignment.
Integrated with an inline intelligent inspection function, the equipment automatically detects mounting defects to form a closed-loop production workflow combining processing and quality check. Only one operator is required for material replenishment on the entire line, replacing 3 to 5 traditional mounting workers and cutting labor input by 70%, unlocking substantial manpower capacity. Supported by dual upper and lower camera vision calibration and automatic nozzle center compensation technology, the mounter maintains consistent mounting accuracy, eliminates human operational errors, drastically reduces scrap loss of auxiliary materials and greatly improves product uniformity.
Furthermore, the dedicated intelligent control system automatically collects core production data such as output, yield rate and equipment operation status, enabling full-process digital traceability and laying a solid data foundation for smart factory construction. The whole machine is fitted with multi-layer safety protections including safety door interlocks, emergency stop and fault alarm systems, fundamentally eliminating safety hazards from manual operation and ensuring compliant and secure production.

The launch of this new equipment marks a key milestone in the company’s "machine replacement" strategy. Intelligent machines take over low-value, highly repetitive tasks, allowing existing staff to transition to technical roles such as equipment commissioning, process optimization and quality control, restructuring an efficient human-machine collaborative production model. So far, comprehensive production costs of the line have dropped by 40%, while overall production capacity has increased 2 to 4 times, bringing transformative improvements to production stability and delivery capability.
Moving forward, Suzhou Menhow will continue to carry out full-process automation and intelligent retrofits to build low-labor smart workshops in phases. Driven by automation and digitalization, we will keep elevating production capacity and product quality, delivering stable, efficient and high-quality product supply to customers worldwide.
