As an enterprise with 23 years of in-depth dedication to rubber and LSR products and membrane switches, Suzhou Menhow successfully held the 2026 Employee Skill Competition organized by the company's trade union on April 29th. Focusing on on-the-job practical operations and skill improvement, employees from the Electronic Division and Silicone Division participated in skill competitions respectively, demonstrating solid professional skills and a positive spiritual outlook.

Suzhou Menhow has recently obtained the national utility patent authorization for its self-developed innovative duckbill valve structure, as publicly disclosed by the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA). With an innovative rib-sealing design, the patent effectively addresses the long-standing industry pain point of leakage in conventional duckbill valves under low-pressure or reverse-flow conditions, marking another addition to the company’s core competitiveness in fluid control and sealing technology.

Recently, Suzhou Menhow has officially passed the 2026 Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) supplier audit conducted by Philips, the world-renowned medical technology group. The audit covered five core dimensions: environmental management, labor rights and interests, business ethics, supply chain responsibility, and sustainable development practices, comprehensively evaluating the Company’s management system and practical performance in the ESG field.

With more than 20 years of in-depth cultivation in the silicone electronic components industry, Suzhou Menhow has recently completed its product  strategic upgrade. Since last year, the company has launched composite key products combining printed circuits and silicone keypad, all of which have reached the highest IP68 dustproof and waterproof level, further consolidating its industrial competitiveness.

Globally serving the automotive, home appliance and industrial sectors, Suzhou Menhow specializes in the R&D and upgrading of flexible printed electronic and high-end precision rubber and LSR products, consistently empowering customers across industries with premium quality. Recently, the company has officially introduced a high-precision automatic inspection system equipped with 20 industrial cameras, achieving an intelligent upgrade in product quality inspection. 

Spring returns to the earth to start a new chapter, and we gather our hearts and strength to embark on a new journey. On February 25, 2026, the ninth day of the first lunar month, Suzhou Menhow officially started operation. All employees returned to work in an orderly manner with great expectations, opening a new year of struggle with a brand-new attitude, and striving to deeply cultivate the  core fields of flexible printed electronics and rubber and LSR products to write a new chapter of development.

As the Spring Festival approaches, the festive atmosphere is thickening day by day. Suzhou Menhow, a professional manufacturer focusing on rubber and LSR parts and flexible printed electronics, invited intangible cultural heritage inheritors to hold a Chinese intangible cultural heritage — sugar painting experience activity at its premises. With sugar as the medium and art as the expression of affection, the activity created an immersive Spring Festival folk custom experience for all employees. It not only allowed everyone to feel the unique charm of traditional handicrafts, but also filled the factory area with the warmth of intangible cultural heritage, making the company’s Spring Festival atmosphere more mellow and intense.

As the years change and everything takes on a new look, the 2025 Annual Summary and Commendation Conference of Suzhou Menhow was successfully held on January 26, 2026. All leaders and employees gathered together with the theme of "Innovation Promotes Development, Quality Wins the Future" to review the struggle course and draw the blueprint for development.
