On February 25, 2026, the ninth day of the first lunar month, Suzhou Menhow officially started operation. As the Spring Festival approaches, the festive atmosphere is thickening day by day. Suzhou Menhow, a professional manufacturer focusing on rubber and LSR parts and flexible printed electronics, invited intangible cultural heritage inheritors to hold a Chinese intangible cultural heritage — sugar painting experience activity at its premises. With sugar as the medium and art as the expression of affection, the activity created an immersive Spring Festival folk custom experience for all employees. It not only allowed everyone to feel the unique charm of traditional handicrafts, but also filled the factory area with the warmth of intangible cultural heritage, making the company’s Spring Festival atmosphere more mellow and intense.

As the years change and everything takes on a new look, the 2025 Annual Summary and Commendation Conference of Suzhou Menhow was successfully held on January 26, 2026. All leaders and employees gathered together with the theme of "Innovation Promotes Development, Quality Wins the Future" to review the struggle course and draw the blueprint for development.

Shortly after being certified as a Suzhou 2A Green Factory in November 2025, Suzhou Menhow has continued to carry out greening transformation and successfully passed the appraisal for Suzhou 3A Green Factory in February 2026. The company is the first manufacturer specialized in rubber and LSR parts and flexible printed electronic to obtain this 3A Green Factory certification in Suzhou.

As the Industry 4.0 initiative advances steadily and smart manufacturing becomes the core trend of industrial transformation, AMR mobile robots have emerged as a pivotal technological solution to optimize production and logistics efficiency. With 23 years of experience in manufacturing flexible printed electronics and high-end precision rubber and LSR parts, Suzhou Menhow has officially introduced dry ice blasting technology, which has been successfully applied to mold cleaning and product deflashing processes. As a non-abrasive and non-contact green cleaning technology, dry ice blasting uses solid carbon dioxide as the medium.

With 23 years of experience in rubber and LSR products and flexible printed electronics manufacturing, Suzhou Menhow has completed the integration of the AOI online intelligent inspection system with the MES system, fully replacing traditional manual visual and dimensional inspection processes. The MES system realizes real-time connection between test data and the production execution system, establishing a full-process quality control closed loop of "intelligent inspection - data upload - precise traceability". This significantly improves inspection efficiency and quality stability, injecting digital momentum into the precision manufacturing of rubber and LSR products

In January 2026, the 4th Member Congress of the 2nd Term of the Suzhou High-tech Zone Intelligent Manufacturing Industry Association was successfully convened. On this occasion, Suzhou Menhow, a company specializing in the R&D and production of Lsr silicone rubber

Faced with the stringent requirements for these circuits—line width accuracy of ±0.02mm and alignment accuracy of ±0.05mm—Suzhou Menhow, a manufacturer with over 20 years of experience in membrane switch, printed Ecg electrode and pressure sensor, has fully introduced advanced AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) intelligent testing equipment.
